Pre-Production

Pre-Production is the time that occurs between principal photography and the start of principal photography. Pre-production consists of all tasks which need to be accomplished prior to production start so that the project can move forward smoothly. Depending on the budget, pre-production may include hiring creative services such as marketing, production design and wardrobe, as well as securing locations. Pre-production is the planning phase for any project. It involves everything from script development to location scouting, costume design and set construction. You can have a great idea for a movie, but if you don’t prepare properly it will be difficult to pull off on time and budget.
Production
The production phase is where all the raw materials for your video will be captured. If you have specific visions, ideas, or visuals that you want to be included in the final product, be sure that you have clearly communicated that with your producer before the end of the production phase. This includes setting up your sound/lighting/video equipment, conducting interviews and recording voice overs (if they are needed for your project). We also recommend having someone on location to act as a conduit between yourself and your external video team -- this person should know what questions need answering before production starts, so they can help route them effectively.
Post-Production
During the production phase, your video production team will handle all the nuts and bolts of making your project come to life. Once our video team has created a draft of the video project, it'll be time for your project point person and key stakeholders to step back into the mix.
Once your video project is in production, your team plans, edits, and creates the final version of your video. All of this happens under the direction of your team's producer. Your whole team will review footage and transcribe interviews to determine everything that makes up the story. Then they'll assemble the material into a cohesive package and hand it over to our video editor who will then do their magic to bring all this information together.
